Important announcement on Seller Protection on Short Delivery Time

On July 6, 2022, the estimated delivery time (“EDD”) timeframe was reduced for international shipping, which was rolled back to previous settings on August 21, 2022. During the period when the shorter EDD applied, your items may not have been delivered to your buyers on time and item not received cases (“INR”) may have been opened by buyers.

While we are working to protect your transactions which have a valid tracking, we encourage you to communicate with buyers updating the progress of your shipments. If your shipments do not reflect valid tracking on the eBay system, then please share the tracking numbers with buyers. You are requested to use M2M mode of communication with buyers in My Messages to help track the shipments/close the INR case. Getting delivery confirmations from buyers will also help to close the INR cases faster.

We regret any inconvenience caused to you.

As always, thank you for selling on eBay.
