Important changes to Direct Shipping Policy for Cross-Border Transactions Shipped from Greater China

To further improve the shipping service levels and overseas buyers shipping experience, we are making the following changes to the SpeedPAK Shipping Mandate policy component of our Direct Shipping Policy for Cross-Border Transactions Shipped from Greater China:

1. The criteria for evaluated transactions will be amended by removing the > USD 5 requirement for www.ebay.com transactions where the item location is in Mainland China and the item is shipped to the United States; and

2. We are also making changes to the compliance requirements for transactions where the item location is in Mainland China and the item is shipped to the United Kingdom or Germany, given that eDS no longer provides shipping to the United Kingdom or Germany for low-priced (UK <= GBP 4, Germany <= EUR 5) items.

These changes will take effect on May 8, 2021, and your account will be assessed based on these new requirements starting on May 30, 2021 based on your transaction window from May 9, 2021 to May 22, 2021.
As always, thank you for selling on eBay.
