We are aware on the errors you are facing with ThailandPost, mainly not being able to print the label on CPaSS for ThailandPost. ThailandPost is currently undergoing a security system upgrade and a down time is required on 4th April 2023. The service will resume by 5th April 2023.

We would need you to cancel the labels that are generate today for which you are unable to print. Kindly reprocess the same orders tomorrow through ThailandPost.

Seller Protection due to handling time delay will be provided to CPaSS sellers for the impacted orders.
