Since our last update in late November 2020, we noticed the compliance performance of the sellers’ overseas warehouse transactions in South East Asia has shown continued improvement. Based on the seller’s business development needs and the service level of overseas logistics service providers, the following changes will be made to the Warehouse Service Standard Policy:
Deutsche Post Letter is now accepted for sellers to use as the last leg logistic services if you ship from eBay integrated warehouse shipping provider (please refer to below providers). This is available for:
- Items located in Germany and
- With a unit price of less than 5 euros (including shipping fee)
The On-Time Shipping rate and On-Time Delivery rate will not be included in the overseas Warehouse Service Standard assessment when utilizing Deutsche Post Letter. The promised E2E Delivery time and the Unsatisfactory Delivery Rate will be assessed as per the original policy. Sellers should ensure that the listed quantity is consistent with the actual inventory and products must be shipped on time.
The above changes is effective immediately. As always, please ensure the transaction data (including eBay transaction number and item number) is uploaded in a timely and accurate manner to eBay’s integrated warehouse shipping providers.
