We have four regional performance standard programs, with slightly different minimum performance thresholds, and your performance is measured against the standards of the region into which you sell an item. You can keep track of your performance against these standards through your Seller Dashboard.

Depending on which site you register with and which country you ship your items to, your transaction will be subject to one of four international eBay seller performance programs.
Please note transactions are measured against either global or local standards, but not at once.
Determines your status on eBay.com. You are evaluated based on transactions which are shipped to the US.
When you register and work on eBay.com, your work is evaluated based on transactions which are shipped to the USA.
If you’ve had 400 or more transactions in the last three months, you’re evaluated over that three-month period. If you’ve had fewer than 400 transactions in the last three months, you’re evaluated on the past 12 months.
You can have a maximum of 0.3% of eBay Money Back Guarantee closed cases without seller resolution over the most recent evaluation period. The percentage requirement applies after the account has exceeded the maximum number of occurrences, which is a maximum of 2 occurrences.
To meet our minimum standard, you can only have up to 2% of transactions with one or more defects over the most recent evaluation period. To qualify as a Top-Rated Seller, you can only have up to 0.5% of transactions with one or more defects over the most recent evaluation period. Only your transactions with US buyers count toward your seller performance rating on eBay.com.
The defect rate won’t affect your seller performance status until you have transactions with defects with at least 5 different buyers, or at least 4 different buyers to impact Top Rated status, within your evaluation period.

Late deliveries will no longer count against your late delivery rate metric, provided you let us know the item has been dispatched on time and make it right with the buyer if any problems occur.
We’ll remove negative or neutral Feedback caused by delivery delays, from buyers in emerging markets.
