Selling on international eBay sites is your opportunity to enter the global market, find more potential customers, and increase the visibility of your listings for customers from a certain country.

Insertion fee on international eBay sites

You are charged the Insertion fee for each listed item once your monthly allowance of Zero Insertion fee listings is used. This fee is non-refundable if your item doesn’t sell. If you list your item in two categories, you’ll pay the Insertion fee for both categories, and if your item is automatically relisted, the Insertion fee is charged for each relisting. Below you will find the Insertion fee for different international sites: the fee amount depends on the listing format and your account type (Private seller or Business seller).

Final value fee on international sites

eBay charges one final value fee when your item sells. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the sale plus a fixed amount per order. The percentage of the total amount of the sale depends on the listing category and the account type (Private seller or Business seller).

The total amount of the sale includes the item price, any handling charges, the shipping service the buyer selects, sales tax, and any other applicable fees. If you need to refund the buyer or cancel the sale, you may be eligible for a credit of the variable percentage portion of the final value fee provided that you refund the buyer in full in resolution of a return or cancellation request. The fixed per order fee will not be credited.

eBay is removing the final value fee discount of 10% for sellers with top rated status and the final value fee discount of 10% for top rated plus listings on ebay.es, ebay.ie, and ebay.ch.
